As we approach the summer season, we want to ensure that children in our community have access to nutritious meals. Your feedback will help us better understand the needs of our families and plan accordingly.
Please take a moment to complete a brief survey to let us know if your household will be in need of summer meals for children. Your responses are valuable and will assist us in providing essential support during the summer months. The survey is linked on the division website banner.
Thank you for your participation!

Good morning, Page Eagles!
Here’s an important reminder from Ms. Alberto in the library: Loaner Chromebooks are very limited and are only available when a student’s device is being repaired. They are not available for forgotten or uncharged computers. Please remember to bring your Chromebook to school every day and make sure it’s fully charged before you arrive. We need everyone to be responsible with their devices so that learning can happen smoothly for all.
Let’s finish the year strong by being prepared and ready to SOAR! Thank you!

February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, and the Department of Secondary Instruction has been working hard to strengthen partnerships between Gloucester High School, Page Middle School, and Peasley Middle School creating valuable opportunities for middle school students to explore CTE programs at the high school.
One of the highlights this month was the HOSA Advisory Program at Peasley Middle School, where we celebrated the accomplishments of 20 students who completed the program. Thank you to Ms. Nester and her health science seniors for facilitating this impactful experience.
Additionally, CTE Awareness Day at Gloucester High School gave middle school students from Page and Peasley a firsthand look at the various CTE programs offered at the high school, helping them make informed decisions about their future career pathways.
The collaboration between the Secondary administrative teams and CTE Departments has been outstanding.
This month has been a fantastic opportunity to showcase the importance of Career and Technical Education, connect students with hands-on learning experiences, and strengthen collaboration between our middle and high schools. The future is bright for our Future Dukes!

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year, Cassandra Carney, and Support Staff Member of the Year, Jim Munson!

Due to ongoing weather conditions, Gloucester County Public Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
We appreciate the efforts of VDOT in improving road conditions and thank our teachers, principals, and staff for their flexibility.
• Elementary students should remember to bring their completed work to their teachers.
• Secondary students should have accessed Canvas today and submitted their assignments.
• Student drivers are encouraged to ride the school bus.
We will conduct a road assessment in the morning.
If additional schedule changes are necessary, we will provide an update as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.
Anthony Vladu, Ed.D.
Gloucester County Public Schools Superintendent
