We celebrated several outstanding students this month, starting with Mariah Linkous, our Senior of the Month. Mariah is a dedicated student who excels academically, assists in the front office, and holds a job. We are incredibly proud of her achievements.

We also recognized Cody Keck, a hardworking senior who holds a job and will graduate early. Cody has shown great academic success and plans to serve the community as a School Resource Officer or Sheriff’s Deputy with @Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office. His commitment to our community is inspiring, and we are grateful to have him as part of GCPS.

Hannah Broadwell was commended for her life-saving quick response in identifying the signs of a stroke. Her actions may have saved a life. We thank Ms. Nestor for fostering such valuable skills in our students, empowering them to respond with clarity and care in crucial moments.

Mr. Keith Nuttall, our Community Volunteer of the Month, was honored for his continued dedication to Petsworth Elementary. Since retiring, Mr. Nuttall has returned to volunteer, bringing his warm demeanor and genuine care to the students and staff. Petsworth Elementary is better for his presence.
